Verizon's Motorola Droid Bionic : Latest Specs and Info :

The “Next big thing” from Motorola, you better believe it. The Droid Bionic is not small. Like last years Droid X, the Droid Bionic sports a 4.3 inch screen with a slightly thicker body then the iPhone 4 or the other newly released smartphones. But it more then makes up for its slight increase in size over its competition with an equally impressive spec list. See it after the jump.

The Motorola Bionic boasts both a front and rear facing camera. 512M of RAM, Tegra 2 dual core CPU at 1GHZ and a 4.3 inch QHD display. Driven by Froyo. As the Bionic is not due to be released until second quarter there may be some software changes. It was noted that the units available from Motorola at the show were a tad buggy.

The Droid Bionic sports a multi-textural case which incorporates sleek shiny face, with a rugged rubberized back offering plenty of grip and no small amount of protection. The overall package looks good especially if you have huge clumsy hands.
