It's been a long time since I paid less then a Benjamin for a phone. I've never even seen a new smartphone at that low price, but today Amazon is selling the HTC EVO Shift 4G

This is a good deal for sprint customers looking for a budget entry smartphone. There may be a few new phones announcing for Sprint at the upcoming mobile world conference, but I doubt your going to find a better deal for the money from Sprint.
